Welcome to the Law Offices of Susan N. Kelly
No one wants to think about being arrested. The truth is, however, at some point in most people’s lives, either they or someone they know and love will be accused of a crime. The experience usually comes fast and furious with a crash landing into a strange new world full of terrifying events and confusing terminology.
Susan N Kelly starts working the moment she learns that her clients are in trouble. Her clients include students, doctors, executives, athletes, homemakers, teachers, law enforcement officers - all professions imaginable. Susan, a former state prosecutor and appellate briefing attorney, has the skill and experience to find and use the best strategy in each case. She has tried over 80 jury trials. Her success rate is very high, but she prides herself on her ability to evaluate a case and move toward the appropriate resolution with justice in mind- both for her clients and society.
"My goal is to help people face the criminal justice system with all of the tools that are available and give them the best representation possible."
Because of Susan's experience and her board certification in Criminal Law by the Board of Legal Specialization, most of her cases are criminal defense. Susan also enjoys taking a few civil cases in which she believes someone has been truly wronged, and when she can help seek justice for that person.
